a. As sad as it may be there is always a reason why horses end up at a rescue and most of the time it is because of abuse or a problem the horse has and people have given up on the horse. Horse Rescues take these horses on and find new homes for them with people who are willing to help the horse overcome the abuse or problems. In this video is one such horse that was scheduled to be put done the next day and one of my clients rescued the horse, this gelding ended up at a horse rescue because of aggression issues towards other horses, but after spending some time with the horse is was easy to see this horse has been badly abused, This video is how I start off when I am working with an abused and rescues horses
