Horsemanship - Building a True Partnership with Your Horse -
A partnership with your horse is built through exercises that don’t cause pain or fear in your horse but by working as a team and is much like teaching children on a 1st grade level. Wherever and whenever I am working with my horse, I am the teacher, the horse is the student and the arena/round-pen/trail is the classroom. I have to take the lesson I am teaching to my partner and break it down into small steps that my partner can understand. Just like in school, the teacher will take a history book over the course of a school year and break it down into months, months into days, days into hours and hours into minutes. This allows her or his students to understand the lesson plan as it is being taught. In these video’s Mike will teach you how to break down every lesson into steps that you and your partner will easily understand building a partnership between you and your horse like never before.
